Robert A. Susk is a veteran attorney and businessman who has been based in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. 

Mr. Susk has in-depth knowledge of business, competitive practices, antitrust law, financial institutions, real estate, land use, and governmental relations. His expertise in these fields has led to his collaboration with an array of businesses including multi-national corporations, financial institutions, venture and private equity backed businesses, and professional investors.

Mr. Susk has conducted numerous complex trials and appeals in both state and federal courts. He has managed matters involving local, state, and federal agencies and governmental bodies, and has acted as a policy advisor to both state and federal government officials on Internet and technology issues. 

Mr. Susk has served as managing partner of a law firm and as CEO of early stage technology ventures including eFinance, healthcare, and digital media. He has served on several private, government, and non-profit boards, and has served as a councilmember and mayor of the Town of Woodside, California. Through his broad experience, Mr. Susk has developed a strong network of relationships in the business, legal, and governmental communities. 

Mr. Susk received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern for the Supreme Court of California. He received his bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
